About the Role: This role is based around assisting the buyer to complete and execute long- and short-term strategies, assisting stores with a variety of queries and requests, and maintaining data, loading promotions, reporting, managing samples, liaising with suppliers, and assisting with briefing catalogues
Providing analytical and administration support to the Buyer.
Analysing and managing data using Microsoft Excel and SAP.
Assist in the preparation or development of new products.
Act as the primary contact for Master Data & ECommerce queries
Source & optimise product content for website and other promotional channels
Responsible for data updates, integrity & standardisation for buying team
Manage promotions in systems
Proofing catalogues and providing marketing support
Sample management
About You:
Must have strong attention to detail with analytical skills
Prior experience within retail will be advantageous
Strong Excel skills and enjoy working with data
Team player with excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask
Good communication skills
Previous experience with SAP would be ideal
Work well within a fast-paced environment and be adaptive to changes
