Are you excited and passionate about delivering effective & efficient marketing campaigns & events whilst supporting the sales & profit expectations of the business? Then this is the perfect role for you.
As a Campaign Marketing Specialist at Harris Scarfe, you will play a pivotal role within the marketing team and work closely with key stakeholders in the business across various departments including but not limited to our amazing in-house studio and production teams as well as an external media agency. You will be responsible for a range of marketing activities to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Key responsibilities include:
Campaign management:
Develop and manage end-to-end marketing campaigns, collaborating with cross-functional teams including merchandise, studio, production, media, and finance.
Ensure campaigns are executed seamlessly, meeting objectives and driving desired outcomes.
Coordinate and manage apparel shoots, ensuring seamless execution from concept to completion.
Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Working across various marketing channels, both traditional and digital:
EDM: Develop and execute engaging email campaigns to reach our target audience, promoting campaigns, events, and new product launches.
Catalogue Management: Oversee the creation and distribution of catalogues, ensuring they are strategically designed to maximise impact and drive sales.
TV and Radio: Coordinate and manage advertising campaigns on television and radio platforms, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives and target demographics.
Social Media: Working alongside the digital content specialist to develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand presence across various platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram & LinkedIn. Foster community interaction to drive brand loyalty & awareness.
Website: Working alongside the digital content specialist to manage the company's website content and ensure it is up-to-date and aligned with marketing objectives.
Preferred Skills
Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate seamlessly with various departments, fostering strong relationships. Ensure open communication and collaboration to align marketing strategies. Contributing to a cohesive and integrated approach to brand promotion.
Communication Skills: Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey marketing messages to internal and external stakeholders.
Time Organisation and Management: Efficiently manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications of Candidate
Relevant tertiary education in Marketing or Communications or a related field is desirable
Demonstrated 1-2 years of marketing or related experience, with exposure to major retailers
Any prior experience with a major retailer or advertising agency, advantageous
Flexibility and ability to adapt to the ever-changing fast-paced retail environment
Have a passion for marketing and be a strong team player
Be a self-starter and highly motivated
High attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain professional relationships.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong project management, planning & organisation and time management skills
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across all levels of business
