Are you a friendly, organised communicator who loves delivering exceptional customer service?

Spotlight Retail Group (SRG) is looking for an enthusiastic store team member to step into a short-term contract opportunity as our Support Office Receptionist.

In this role, you will be the welcoming face and voice of our headquarters in South Melbourne, bridging your on-the-floor brand knowledge with essential corporate operations. You will manage the front desk, welcome visitors, handle incoming inquiries, and ensure our Support Office runs smoothly every day.

The Details

  • Dates: Friday, 31 July until Friday, 16 October (56 working days)
  • Location: South Melbourne Support Office (fully on-site role)

Key Responsibilities

  • First Point of Contact: Act as the primary face and voice of the SRG Support Office.
  • Guest & Call Management: Warmly welcome all corporate visitors, suppliers, and team members, and efficiently manage incoming phone calls.
  • Administrative Support: Assist the corporate team with general administration tasks and day-to-day office logistics.

 

 

What We Are Looking For

  • The Experience: You have prior experience working as a receptionist in a corporate environment.
  • The Brand Expert: You possess a solid, firsthand understanding of our brand and values from your time working in-store.
  • The Communicator: Exceptional communication skills with a friendly, positive, and professional attitude.
  • The Mindset: Organised, helpful, and naturally proactive with an eagerness to learn corporate administrative workflows.
