About the Role:
The Customer Greeter role is integral to the Harris Scarfe business, managing incoming and outgoing customers, providing frontline customer service and guidance, and managing Loss Prevention at the forefront of the store.
Greeting incoming customers in a kind and welcoming manner
Directing customers to the required departments and team for their relevant enquiries
Handling customer objections and queries with confidence
Finalising the customer's instore experience with a lasting impression
Conducting Bag checks inline with Loss prevention and WHS policies
Communicating Loss Prevention concerns effectively and confidentially with the management team
Who We Are Looking For:
A friendly and outgoing nature
Previous experience in retail
Ability to communicate effectively with customers and build rapport in a short time frame
A positive, can-do attitude with a passion for our products
Experience in Loss Prevention techniques and random bag checks
Maturity and confidence in confronting expectations
Ability to be able to stand for long periods of time
