About the Role
We’re looking for an organised and energetic Marketing Coordinator to support the end-to-end development and rollout of national marketing and promotional campaigns across Harris Scarfe. This is a hybrid role based in our South Melbourne Support Group, reporting to the Marketing Manager and working closely with a variety of internal teams and external partners.

How You’ll Help
Support the creation, coordination, and delivery of marketing materials across multiple platforms including TV, radio, catalogues, social media, website, and EDM.
Coordinate product sampling and stock logistics, including sample management, organising studio photography, collecting stock from stores, and supporting catalogue and photography briefings and shoots.
Liaise with media agencies, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure campaigns are delivered accurately and on schedule.
Assist with the coordination of new product launches, retail campaigns, and store-based promotions.
Provide general marketing and administrative support across communications, and product teams.
Build strong working relationships across the business to support campaign success.
About You
A tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications or a related field is desirable.
Prior experience in a marketing or coordination role within retail (preferred but not essential).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Great attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
Team player attitude with strong interpersonal skills and a desire to learn and grow.
