About the Role

We’re looking for an organised and energetic Marketing Coordinator to support the end-to-end development and rollout of national marketing and promotional campaigns across Harris Scarfe. This is a hybrid role based in our South Melbourne Support Group, reporting to the Marketing Manager and working closely with a variety of internal teams and external partners.

How You’ll Help

  • Support the creation, coordination, and delivery of marketing materials across multiple platforms including TV, radio, catalogues, social media, website, and EDM.
  • Coordinate product sampling and stock logistics, including sample management, organising studio photography, collecting stock from stores, and supporting catalogue and photography briefings and shoots.
  • Liaise with media agencies, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure campaigns are delivered accurately and on schedule.
  • Assist with the coordination of new product launches, retail campaigns, and store-based promotions.
  • Provide general marketing and administrative support across communications, and product teams.
  • Build strong working relationships across the business to support campaign success.

 

 

About You

  • A tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications or a related field is desirable.
  • Prior experience in a marketing or coordination role within retail (preferred but not essential).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Great attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
  • Team player attitude with strong interpersonal skills and a desire to learn and grow.
