What You Will Be Doing
Manage SDLC methodology including Business Case, Order Of Magnitude Assessments, Requirements Management, Solution Options & Design and Implementation
Gather and analyse detailed requirements working closely with business stakeholders and other key areas to refine their requirements in preparation for Sprint Planning
Map as-is and to-be business processes
Assess business process gaps and articulate the business requirements and end-to-end process design to the project team, including the provision of quality documentation and diagrams
Participate in sprint ceremonies - refinements, planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, showcases
Support the project team during the detailed design and build phases
Assist the business areas to develop test cases, acceptance criteria, testing, etc
Support the planning, testing and implementation of the business changes
Support the Test Team to develop and execute functional test cases
Work with and train users to leverage SRG systems to meet business objectives
Ensure knowledge transfer to support teams on production handover.
About You
You will have excellent analytical, problem solving and consulting skills
Proven ability to engage with internal customers to gather and document business requirements, functional requirements, solution options, design, architect solutions and implement solutions
Demonstrated ability to produce high quality documentation - ability to ‘tell the story’
Strong process mapping and process design skills
Strong understanding of retail and business processes
Experience with project management methodologies (waterfall, agile & hybrid) and SDLC
Ability to explain technical systems, problems & outcomes to non-technical people
Excellent communication skills - listening, written and verbal
Cross Functional experience re Merchandise, Retail Operations, Supply Chain, Marketing, Omnichannel, HR, Finance, Etc.
Experience working with collaboration tools such as MS Office 365, JIRA, Confluence, etc.
