What You Will Be Doing:
This is a dynamic, hybrid role where you will learn to become the operational backbone of our digital fulfillment process. You will be instrumental in ensuring a smooth, stream-lined outcome for every customer order. Your key responsibilities include:
Order Flow Management: Learn to monitor and maintain the logic for order routing across our business systems.
Fulfillment Facilitation: Act as a critical investigator to identify and resolve fulfillment issues, collaborating with partners to keep orders moving seamlessly.
Risk & Security: Administer our fraud monitoring systems, acting as the first line of defence and escalating fraud issues to relevant authorities.
Operational Oversight: Monitor freight charges and logistics data to pinpoint inconsistencies, contributing to efficiency improvements in fulfillment.
3rd Party Partnership Support: Provide essential business support and administration for our 3rd party fulfillment and operational partners.
Process Excellence: Adhere to and champion robust administrative and support system-based processes to maintain operational integrity.
