About the Role As a Store Manager you will lead from the front as you drive store performance, coach your team, and create a positive, customer-first culture.
Accountable for daily operations for performance and efficiency
Drive for results in sales, wages, and shrinkage targets
Report directly to the Regional Manager
Lead stocktake processes and team development
Champion a collaborative, customer-focused environment
Recruit, coach, and build a high-performing team
What You'll Bring: You are a driven and hands-on store leader who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment. With a strong focus on people, performance, and presentation, you lead by example and bring out the best in your team – always putting the customer first.
Store leadership experience in retail or big box environment (30+ staff.)
Proven ability to drive results through service and operations
Strong communication and team leadership skills
Attention to detail and visual merchandising standards
Solid computer and system skills
First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
Full-time availability, including weekends
Full Australian working rights
