Your responsibilities:

• Ensure the Customer Experience is #1 in all processes and decision making
• Making Belconnen a destination Store for employment and shopping alike
• Foster collaboration and FUN to drive Team results.
• Meet Store and Company-wide KPIs. 
• Assisting with sales, wages, and shrinkage budgets
• Facilitating Stock-take process
• Provide timely guidance and feedback to develop your Team Members
• Foster a collaborative, fun and purposeful team environment.

The ideal candidate:

• Available to work rotating weekend roster and Thursday nights
• Strong mentoring and coaching abilities
• Apparel sales experience
• Demonstrate commitment to workplace health and safety practices 
• Strong visual merchandising standards
• Confident and clear communication skills
• The ability to multitask and excel under pressure
• Computer proficiency
• First Aid Qualified (or be willing to be trained)
