Your responsibilities:

• Supporting catalogue and promotional merchandising
• Working in a team to achieve store and business objectives
• Cross skilled to work across multiple departments
• Daily Store activities i.e. stock placement, ticketing, visual displays etc.
• OH&S – Maintain a neat, full and safe environment
• Building positive relationships with fellow team members and customers
• eCommerce support - Processing online orders (including lifting of light loads)

Must haves:

• A passion for Customer service excellence
• Retail experience in fast-paced environment (preferably big-box store)
• Ability to multi-task
• Effective communication skills
• Strong team contributor
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts (max 25 hours/week)
