About the Role:

Reporting to the Business Development Manager – Made to Measure (M2M), you will drive the Made to Measure department sales strategy to achieve set revenue and expense targets. Maximise the efficiencies within the systems and processes ensuring profitability, excellent customer service, store support and up to date reporting.

 

 

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Lead a team of 5 State Team Leaders and an Insyte Administrator Made to Measure (M2M) to achieve sales & KPI goals
  • Coach, mentor & motivate State Team Leaders & Consultants
  • Support store M2M operations & ensure adherence to procedures
  • Manage recruitment, training & development for the M2M team
  • Analyse data & reports (including strong Excel skills with pivot tables & VLookups) to identify areas for improvement
  • Manage & optimize M2M systems & processes
  • Ensure supplier relationships align with business strategy
  • Foster a positive & safety-focused work environment

Travel: Some domestic travel is required (visiting each region QLD, NSW, VIC, SA, WA – approx. 2- 3 times a year)

 

 

About You:

  • Must have at least 10+ years of overall retail big box experience
  • 5 to 7 years of team management experience
  • Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to coach, mentor & motivate teams
  • Excellent communication, planning & organizational skills
  • Understanding of business financials
