  •  Lead, coach and motivate teams to deliver exceptional service
  • Oversee merchandising, store presentation and promotional execution
  • Manage high stock volumes efficiently and accurately

What you will bring:

  • Proven retail management experience (essential)
  • Experience managing high stock volumes and a busy retail floor
  • Strength in leading and inspiring teams of 15–30+ team members
  • A passion for nurturing talent and driving team success
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Adaptability, problem-solving capability and a results-focused mindset
  • Confident communication skills and comfort with retail systems
  • First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain—funded by us)
