About the Role
As a Field Visual Merchandiser, you will bring our brand vision to life by leading execution across multiple stores. This role will balance creativity with commercial impact to inspire customers, drive store performance and support store teams.

  • Store Presentation: Elevate and maintain execution standards through regular training and collaboration with the store teams

  • Team Engagement: Leading by example and working alongside teams in-store delivering execution excellence everyday for our customer

  • Coaching and Training: Coach and mentor store teams on company guidelines within execution standards and direction. 

  • Sales Performance: Monitor sales data to maximise commercial execution decisions and drive store performance

  • Coaching and Training: Coach and mentor store teams on company guidelines within execution standards and direction. 

  • Time Management: Proactive ability to effectively organise and plan your time to complete tasks, goals, and responsibilities in a timely manner.

 

What You Bring

In addition to these technical components of the role, you will also collaborate with the Store Leadership Teams to ensure we provide a visual experience that excites and engages our customers.

  • Experience in a similar in-store VM or Area VM role
  • A flair for creativity and a strong eye for design and detail
  • Confidence using VM guidelines and problem-solving mindset
  • Excellent communication and collaboration ability
  • Self-motivation, a proactive attitude, and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to travel to various locations, must have a full driver's license.
  • Full-time availability 38 hours per week or Part-Time 4 days per week 30-32 hours.
