Are you an experienced Store Planner with strong experience using AutoCAD and ready to design the future of retail?

Spotlight Retail Group is looking for a Store Planner to join our dynamic Property Team.

In this role, you will be responsible for producing high-quality store design drawings and documentation using AutoCAD. Your attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects will be key to your success, ensuring all designs are accurate and completed on schedule. You'll work closely with internal and external stakeholders, fostering positive relationships and maintaining drawing integrity across our diverse businesses.

 

 

What You Will Be Doing

  • Produce precise store design drawings and documentation using AutoCAD.
  • Ensure all designs comply with Australian Standards and site conditions.
  • Manage project timelines to ensure all work is completed on schedule.
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Keep drawing and file integrity consistent across multiple businesses.
  • Proactively seek feedback and work towards your own professional development.

 

 

What We're Looking For

  • Must have experience with AutoCAD
  • A keen eye for detail to ensure drawing accuracy.
  • Excellent time management and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Experience in a retail design environment is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated experience with 3D drawing capabilities with understanding of Retail environment is a plus.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
