This is a hybrid role where you'll get to own the email, SMS, and mobile channels, and help bring our digital marketing strategy to life. As a CRM Campaign Coordinator, you'll report to the CRM Campaign Manager and play a key role in delivering exceptional value to our customers. You'll be the go-to person for our daily marketing calendars and work with a team that encourages new ideas and embraces a fast-paced environment. We're committed to your growth and will provide great mentorship and training, including with Google Analytics.

What You’ll Do

• Campaign Management: Assist with the planning, setup, and deployment of weekly email, SMS, and app push campaigns.
• Performance Analysis: Help with A/B testing and personalization opportunities, create and manage audience segments, and report on campaign performance.
• Collaboration: Work with various internal teams and suppliers to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and aligned with brand guidelines.
• Problem-Solving: Address customer service queries related to CRM and loyalty programs.

What You'll Bring

• Experience: At least one year of experience in a marketing role, with a basic understanding of digital marketing principles. Experience with email or SMS marketing tools is a bonus!
• Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a confident approach to working with data.
• Attitude: A positive, collaborative mindset and the willingness to learn new systems and processes.
