Are you a detail-focused and motivated individual ready to thrive in a fast-paced retail group? Harris Scarfe is looking for a Buyer's Assistant to join our energetic team in South Melbourne.

In this position, you’ll work closely with the Buyer to help deliver both long and short-term strategies, while also supporting day-to-day activity including promotional planning, product administration, sample coordination, supplier communications, and marketing briefs.

How You’ll Help

• Supporting the Buyer with key administrative and planning tasks
• Maintaining product and promotional data in our systems
• Managing product samples and assisting with supplier communication
• Assisting with catalogue proofing and marketing support
• Providing reporting and insights using Excel and SAP
• Helping brief and coordinate eCommerce and promotional content
• Acting as the main point of contact for product data and master data updates

About You

• You have a keen eye for detail and enjoy working with data
• You’re confident using Excel and ideally have experience with SAP
• You thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage your time well
• You’re a team player with strong communication skills
• Experience in retail, buying or the Footwear, Fashion Accessories, Handbags & Travelware category is highly regarded
• You’re curious, organised, and always willing to learn
