Spotlight Retail Group is seeking a proactive Desktop Support Analyst to join our End User Services Team, you'll be the go-to expert for all IT Desktop support, providing comprehensive 1st, 2nd, and 3rd level infrastructure desktop support. You'll manage incidents and service requests, ensuring prompt resolution to minimize business impact. This hands-on role involves proactive problem identification, system maintenance and participating in a rotating 24/7 on-call roster.

What You'll Be Doing

• Providing comprehensive 1st, 2nd, and 3rd level support for all Spotlight Retail Group Desktop Services, including remote sites and macOS environments.
• Managing logged incidents and service requests to consistently meet agreed SLA objectives.
• Ensuring swift and effective restoration of Desktop Services, minimizing any adverse impact on business operations.
• Proactively identifying, diagnosing, documenting, and resolving desktop problems before they cause system incidents.
• Actioning relevant service requests, including onboarding new team members and managing terminations.
• Performing routine checks of IT Infrastructure performance and alerts to maintain system health.

About You

You're an experienced Desktop Support professional with at least 3 years in operational support, preferably in client-facing roles. You have a valid Australian Driver's License and access to a car, which is required for this role.

Your technical expertise includes:

• Windows OS: Strong experience with Windows 10 & 11 setup, administration, and troubleshooting, including SOE (Standard Operating Environment).
• Identity & Device Management: Proficient in user management within Active Directory, Microsoft Office 365, SCCM, Anti-Virus, PCI tools, and particularly with Microsoft Intune MDM (Windows, iOS, macOS, Android), including enrolment, application packaging, and deployment.
• Telecommunications: Experience managing Cisco Call Manager/UCM (Physical and Soft Phones), Video Conferencing, Touchpoint, NBN, WiFi, and VPN.
• Application Management: Solid experience managing key applications like the Microsoft Suite (Office 365), Adobe, and various browsers.
• Networking: Familiarity with LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi technologies, including their use, deployment, and troubleshooting.
